Theophilus is a Senior IT Consultant and Full-Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives across Government of Ghana institutions. His expertise spans IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, API development, and cross-functional team leadership. He serves as Founder and Lead Developer of eDevelop Ghana, delivering enterprise-grade platforms for public and private sector clients.

Featured Projects 
Mr. Acquah architected the nationwide Education Management Information System (EMIS) for the Ministry of Education, now operational across thousands of schools, and developed the Ghana National Household Registry (GNHR) public web platform. He delivered a full digital transformation for the School of Social Work, designing six interconnected portals covering admissions, examinations, and records management. He also built Placements Africa, a pan-African job placement platform, and integrated AI-powered applications including QuizMaster AI and an automated CV generation system.
