Kelvin currently serves as an IT IM Technician at the Labour Department, Ghana (September 2020–present), managing end-to-end incident lifecycles for over 200 users and maintaining a 90% customer satisfaction score. He reduced average ticket resolution time by 80% through a localized Knowledge Base. His expertise includes Active Directory administration, Microsoft 365, network monitoring (PRTG), incident/change/problem management (ITIL), and hardware deployment across Dell, HP, and Lenovo workstations.

Featured Projects 
Kelvin developed six data collection tools using KoboToolbox for the Child Labour Unit to support Child Labour Free Zones. He assisted in a full-scale hardware migration for 200+ users across Ghana, completing five days ahead of schedule, and collaborated on the development and deployment of the Ghana Labour Market Information System (GLMIS).
