Education Background 
Julius holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with French from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has also completed professional training in AI Career Essentials (ALX Africa), Investment Risk Management (Coursera), and AWS Solution Architect (beginner level).

Experience 
As Operations Coordinator at De Angello Business System, he manages scheduling, acts as a liaison between teams, maintains record-keeping systems, contributes to stakeholder reports, collaborates on policy development, and provides technical support in system testing and user account management. Previously, he served as a Call Center Agent at the Labour Department, Ghana, handling inbound/outbound correspondence, data entry, quality assurance, and help desk support. He also completed his National Service at the Labour Department, where he supported HR functions, maintained staff records, facilitated the E-SPAR appraisal system, assisted the IT Unit with system upgrades and software deployment, created presentations, and provided first-line technical support.
